It will archive your mail including folder structure older than X days, from your exchange account to the folder you specify on your local 'On My Computer'. You could then export your.

It also allows you to exclude certain folders such as Junk Mail, Deleted Items or a private folder. The script can be scheduled to run on a daily basis from within Outlook.
